VIDEO: Protesters move scooters, barriers into street

The emergency protest started at the Texas Capitol where hundreds came together holding signs, waiving flags, and chanting. Then, the group took to the streets of downtown Austin, making their way to the JJ Pickle Federal Building where immigrants have been held.
